• Disha brings deep knowledge of the yoga tradition and helps students by meeting them where they are to build a steady practice where gentleness and ease matter more than precision or challenge. Her instruction is clear and calm, encouraging students to focus on being present and allowing spaciousness for our minds and bodies as we practice. She is also very open to questions and requests for focuses on particular parts of the body. Her class helps everyone find what works best for us, staying in tune with our respective bodies while supporting each other through making the effort together. Highly recommend!
