    I offer yoga workshops that explore yoga philosophy and how it meets asana and movement. I also lead retreats—sometimes on my own, and sometimes in collaboration with parallel practices such as art, mindful eating, hiking, or writing—creating holistic experiences that go beyond the mat.     I offer pre-recorded classes on YouTube, updated with fresh, creative practices every so often, perfect for when you want to practice from the comfort of home or while traveling. I also love taking requests, so if there’s something you’d like to see there, let me know!

    While online classes became a lifeline during the pandemic, I know even today some people find it hard to get out of their homes for various reasons, and these classes continue to bring real value. They’re also a meaningful way for me to stay connected and give back to my community in India.
